Overview

A Nordic postdoctoral fellowship funded by the Novo Nordisk Foundation and shared across four institutes for advanced study, organised around the theme of inequity in health. Note that this is a salaried, full-time research position requiring relocation to a Nordic country for almost two years.

Eligibility

Open to any nationality with no requirement for prior European affiliation, so a Malawi-based academic can apply. Applicants must be between two and ten years past the PhD, excluding the PhD training period itself. A mobility rule applies: the applicant must not have resided or worked in the host country for more than twelve months in the preceding two years.

Priority areas

Research must align with the Inequity in Health theme.

What is funded

Full salary, relocation travel and assistance, up to €20,000 in research costs, office space at the host institute, and access to training and conferences.
