Novo Nordisk Foundation

The Novo Nordisk Foundation is a Danish foundation that funds research in health, the life sciences and sustainability, alongside social and humanitarian purposes. Its research programmes span basic biomedical science, health promotion and disease prevention, and environmental and climate research, and are delivered through both open calls and partnerships with host institutions. The NNF-IAS Fellowships in Health and Sustainability are delivered jointly with four Nordic institutes for advanced study, in Aarhus, Oslo, Helsinki and Uppsala, and fund 23-month salaried postdoctoral fellowships on the theme of inequity in health, open to researchers of any nationality between two and ten years past the doctorate.
